How long does shipping take?

Orders are printed on demand and typically ship within 2-5 business days. Delivery takes 3-7 business days for Canada and the USA, and 7-21 business days for international orders.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original packaging. Custom-printed items are final sale unless defective. Contact us at jericho@merchbasehq.com to start a return.

Do you have minimum order quantities?

No. You can order a single item or bulk quantities. No setup fees, no hidden costs.

What currencies do you accept?

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Your payment provider will handle currency conversion if you're paying from another country.

Can I use my own design?

Absolutely. Upload your logo or artwork and we'll apply it to any product in our catalog. We handle all the printing and fulfillment.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also use our Order Tracking page.

What products do you offer?

We offer a curated selection of premium blanks: T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, long sleeves, tank tops, hats, youth sizes, tote bags, and drinkware. All products are sourced from quality manufacturers like Bella+Canvas, Gildan, and Yupoong.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping is a flat C$14.99. Note that customs fees and duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
